Shipping Policy:  

Most products are shipped from our studio in Montana within 7-10 business days. If you would like faster shipping, leave a note on your order, and we'll try our best to ship it out early. 

We ship with USPS, please be aware that delivery times can vary. If you believe your package is missing or lost, feel free to reach out to us via our Contact Page. We'll be happy to assist you in any way we can. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Product Policy:

Poison Threads is committed to accurately representing the colors of our yarn, fabric and thread in the photos we post. We take great care to ensure that larger orders are sourced from the same color batch. However, please bear in mind that each batch is crafted by hand, and variations may occur. Additionally, differences in computer monitor settings and phone settings can affect how colors appear.

Despite these potential variations, our primary aim is to create something beautiful for you that closely resembles the photo. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to deliver high-quality, handcrafted products that bring joy and creativity into your projects.

Return Policy:

We offer a hassle-free return policy at Poison Threads. If you're unsatisfied with your order or need to return or exchange an item for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your package to do so. Just complete the return/exchange form provided below.

We can only accept returns on yarn if the ties have not been cut. However, we do not offer returns on digital products, such as cross-stitch, knitting and crochet patterns.
