Although most of our bases are superwash wool, we recommend that all finished projects are hand-washed and laid flat to dry.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free return policy at Poison Threads. If you're unsatisfied with your order or need to return or exchange an item for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your package to do so. Just send us a message at support@poisonthreads.com.
We can only accept returns on yarn if the ties have not been cut. However, we do not offer returns on digital products, such as cross stitch, knitting, and crochet patterns.
